Local Female photographer, conservationist, and travel enthusiast
Hello and welcome! I'm Nicola, a passionate photographer, conservationist, ocean educator, marine biologist and traveller based in Western Australia. However, originally grew up in Hong Kong.
Photography found me at a young age, offering a way to preserve memories. As my passion for the natural world grew, photography became a medium to intertwine art, science, and empathy. With a camera in hand, the world becomes quiet, driving my courage to travel and motivating me to see and capture all that I experience. Each destination and interaction offers a new perspective and story to tell.

Photography is the universal language that transcends borders, telling stories of nature, culture, relationships, emotions, communication, and change. It is the art of observation, painting with light, and capturing the world through a lens.

With a background in marine biology and environmental science, my passion for wildlife is rooted in a deep respect for nature. This blend of scientific knowledge and artistic expression allows me to capture the raw beauty of the natural world.
​Storytelling is at the heart of my work. I believe that sharing the beauty of the natural world and the stories within it can inspire others to protect it. Capturing intimate moments between friends, families, and partners frames special memories to keep forever.

Capturing natural moments:
Conservation is at the forefront of my wildlife and landscape work. My goal is to explore each unique environment ensuring ethics and respect for the land, flora and fauna are all protected while of course seeking adventure.
Personalised Sessions:
I take the time to understand your vision and tailor each session to meet your unique needs when doing photoshoots. Whether you’re looking for a relaxed family shoot, a professional portrait, or capturing , I’m here to make your vision a reality.
Safe in nature:
I aim to capture genuine moments and emotions, in nature. Creating images that are natural and authentic. My style is relaxed and unobtrusive, allowing you to feel comfortable and be yourself in front of the camera. I am aware not everyone feels natural in front of the camera so it is my job to make you feel comfortable, safe, and confident to be your unique selves while of course having fun!
High Quality:
Using high quality equipment and techniques, I ensure that each photograph is of the highest quality. From the initial shoot to the final edit, I pay attention to every detail to deliver stunning, timeless images.
